Afro-Caribbean Fusion is a free lunchtime dance class on The Dance Floor at Sadler's Wells East. Led by Miguel Gonzalez, a Cuban-born dancer and Afro-Cuban specialist, it blends Afro-Cuban and Caribbean dance shaped by African rhythmic traditions, Spanish and Indigenous Taíno influences. The energetic session combines traditional movement, rhythm and contemporary influences, developing musicality, coordination and confidence in a fun, inclusive environment. No experience is needed, the classes are adapted for seated exercise and open to all ages and abilities.
