Macbeth at the Globe: a GCSE revision workshop for teens.
About
A practical revision day for 14-16 year olds who have already studied Shakespeare's bloody tragedy Macbeth, helping them supercharge their GCSE revision. It is run by Shakespeare's Globe at Bankside and begins with a peek inside the Globe Theatre, hearing about the history of Shakespeare's London and the theatrical world he created. An interactive workshop in a rehearsal studio, led by a highly experienced education practitioner, then explores the play's language, characters and themes through acting techniques and drama activities. Participants leave with a practical toolkit for their study and exams.
