Matinee | Old Queens — Double Bill: tell me straight & aggy
King's Head, Upper Street 115, N1 1QN London, Islington
About
A matinee performance of 'Double Bill: tell me straight & aggy', two critically acclaimed queer one-act plays staged in the King's Head's Main House. Written by Paul Bradshaw and presented by SH Productions and telling tales, the double bill follows a critically acclaimed run at the Park Theatre. 'tell me straight' is a fast-paced, semi-autobiographical coming-of-adulthood play about a man whose hookups are all straight, navigating a 30-day detox from booze, fast food and men. 'aggy' explores privilege, gender, race and creativity through a couple whose relationship is tested when one is asked to present as an alter ego to secure opportunities.
