The Northern Chefs' Dinner is an evening of fine dining and fundraising by the charity Hospitality Action, bringing five chefs together under one roof for one night only. Guests enjoy a drink and canapé reception, a four-course gourmet meal with wine, live interviews with the chefs, and the chance to bid on select prizes among notable industry faces. Hosted by Paul Askew, the line-up features Jack Bond, Aiden Byrne, Stuart Collins, Mary-Ellen McTague and Sameer Sehgal. The evening takes place at Fairmont Cheshire, The Mere, newly transformed in a £125 million renovation, and celebrates the charity's work supporting hospitality people in crisis.
