Oranj is a residency with chef Emily Chia, who has cooked at St. John, Sargasso and Le Grand Bain, cooking a fun and clever menu. It features 'Banh mi' terrines with pickles, maggi oeuf mayos, popcorn cauliflower and zesty white fish cooked with jalapeno and limes. The opening runs from Saturday 28 October to Sunday 8 November and is totally delicious.
