Oranj: Rez Rahman is a residency at which Rez Rahman of Roti Mami returns from Berlin to cook in the area, running from Wednesday 11 to Sunday 22 November. It celebrates her homecoming and four years of Oranj in the area, where three generations of her family have lived and built their lives. The menu leans into seafood, central to Bengali and Bangladeshi cooking, and ends with her own rasmalai ice cream with strawberry compote and a light, delicate Bengali biscuit.
