Parish Eucharist - Remembrance Sunday
St Mary Magdalene, Balham
About
A Remembrance Sunday service at St Mary Magdalene church in North Ockendon. The congregation remembers the men of North Ockendon who fell during the two World Wars, with the reading of the names on the war memorial, half muffled bell ringing, music and the national two minutes silence at 11 o'clock. Poppy wreaths will be laid on the War Graves in the churchyard during the service. The church is a small friendly congregation welcoming all, whether a regular church person or an occasional visitor.
