Women-only improvers tennis for players aged 50 plus, held on the courts at Downhills Park. It is part of the People Need Parks programme run by Haringey Council, with activities designed as a gentle workout to keep you moving, connect, have some fun and make a good start to the new year. Participants must create an account and pre-book a place, either individual sessions or the full course. From October 2026 the sessions carry a participation fee of £6, with a concessionary rate of £3.
