Public Foraging Workshop on edible plants in the Lea Valley.

A guided foraging workshop exploring the edible plants of London's Lea Valley on a walk through the city's green spaces. It is facilitated by STORE Projects and led by foraging and sustainable food expert Andy Gathercole together with chef and designer Moonhyung Lee. The walk opens up conversations around food accessibility, food security and resilience while discovering what grows along the river corridor. STORE Projects runs socially engaged educational programmes within architecture, art and design, with proceeds supporting their free After School Club and Summer School.
