About
Read Easy Islington Charity Event #2 Featuring SOPHIE STEWART + LYDIA HAILE + BISCUIT CLUB… is a night of live music raising money for Read Easy Islington, a voluntary group giving free one-to-one reading coaching to adults in Islington who cannot read or struggle with reading. The line-up features Sophie Stewart, a queer London indie singer-songwriter whose songs explore identity, longing and belonging; Lydia Haile, an Ethiopian-American singer-songwriter and guitarist from Las Vegas blending R&B and folk; and Biscuit Club, a female trio writing original folk, pop and singer-songwriter music. The upstairs bar opens earlier, with drinks and pizzas available.
