Reiki 1 - Hybrid Course: two-day intro to Japanese healing.

Reiki 1 - Hybrid Course is a two-day introduction to the gentle Japanese healing practice of Reiki, supporting self-care, balance, inner connection and the ability to share Reiki with others. The course is run by Shimmering Light and combines online learning with in-person practical experience. Day one covers Reiki's history, origins and techniques, energy and auras, and two Reiki attunements, while day two develops practical techniques, practising giving Reiki to others in a supportive group with two further attunements. It is presented as an invitation to begin a personal healing journey and deepen your connection with yourself.
