Concerts
Rotterdam Meets London: free jazz across three scenes.
About
A free foyer concert on the Barbican's FreeStage bringing together jazz artists from Rotterdam, London and South Africa. Hosted by Ivy K. of the London Jazz Meetup, it celebrates exchange, collaboration and new connections across three music scenes, featuring alumni of the UK talent organisations Take Five (Serious) and Tomorrow's Warriors alongside artists from Rotterdam and South Africa. It is part of a wider exchange led by House of Knowledge, supporting artists through mentorship, performance and cross-border collaboration. Two live sets showcase emerging and established musicians on keys, trombone, drums, bass, trumpet, saxophone and vocals.
