SET Open Decks is a weekly night where the DJ booth is open to everyone, from first-timers to experienced selectors, as well as anyone who just wants to listen. Anyone who wants to play puts their name in the hat, and slots of 30 minutes are drawn at random throughout the night. There is no setlist, no booking and no pressure to perform, making it a casual space to use club-standard equipment, play back-to-back or test new material. Vinyl or USB is welcome, admission is free, and occasional informal workshops cover technical skills, library organisation and industry tips.
