About

Simmer Down is a free daytime dance and monthly meet-up that gets all ages moving to reggae rhythms. It is a home for reggae and revival, held once a month in different spaces around the Southbank Centre, and is presented in partnership with Tomorrow's Warriors, a talent development agency and music educator specialising in jazz. The sessions bring together musicians and local people for an afternoon of joy, movement and soulful beats, uniting communities through live music.
