About

An intimate workshop of writing, reflection and gentle practice for those carrying the weight of injustice, held under the Scorpio New Moon. It is led by Freya Shi, a writer, poet, artist and holistic wellbeing facilitator, and blends guided breathwork, meditation, creative writing, optional sharing and a short sound bath. Materials come from The Feminist Library's collection and the 'Metal of Agency' chapter of Freya's book Unlearning, to Love, on setting boundaries, reclaiming sovereignty and healing from injustice. The session takes place in the library's conference room with a short break, limited to 12 participants, with signed copies available after.
