The Radiance of Jade

The Radiance of Jade is an exhibition of Chinese jades from a distinguished private collection in England, spanning five millennia from the Neolithic period to the Qing dynasty. Lyon & Turnbull presents the show, which traces the evolution of jade carving across China's major cultural and historical periods. Highlights include a Neolithic disc, a Liangzhu culture cong, a rare Han dynasty white jade 'crouching tiger' seal and Qing dynasty 'immortal' table screens. Many works carry distinguished provenances, including R. H. R. Palmer, the Idemitsu Museum, Sir James Stewart Lockhart and Eskenazi.
