The Regent's Park is a record breaking Royal Park, once a place of duels and prize fights and now famous for its stunning Regency architecture and landscaping. It is home to London's largest collection of outdoor sports pitches, Britain's oldest outdoor theatre and the world's oldest scientific zoo, ZSL London Zoo. Visitors can stroll past the ornamental lake, monuments, memorials and fountains, explore the world famous rose garden with its 40,000 roses in bloom in June and July, or take in the panoramic protected view of the London skyline from Primrose Hill.
