About

A night of guitar pop at The Lexington, headlined by Would-be-goods, who play elegant, evocative pop and are promoting their latest album 'Tears Before Bedtime'. The band is led by Jessica Griffin, star of 80s cult label él, with guitarist Peter Momtchiloff (Talulah Gosh, Heavenly), drummer Debbie Green (Headcoatees) and bassist Andy Warren (Adam and the Ants, The Monochrome Set). Support comes from Rachel Love, co-founder of post-punk trio Dolly Mixture, whose recent album 'Lyra' was recorded at home with her sons. The High Span opens the evening.
