A one-to-one IT help session where you can get your digital questions answered. Volunteer-led IT support sessions are run with library staff in a group setting, helping with things like using the internet, apps, emails, video calls, printing, online shopping and social media. Trained volunteers and staff can help with most things, though in-depth requests such as coding may be signposted elsewhere, and technical faults needing expert repair are not covered. Advance booking is recommended, though you can also pop in on the day.
