A free workshop and talk for 18–30 year olds exploring how art and science meet through biodesign. It is led by biodesigners BLUNIK studios, with Weronika Turowska, a biodesigner and material researcher. Participants learn about DIY labs and working with living organisms to create materials and colour, then make their own biomaterial sample from microbial-grown leather to take home. Free drinks and food by Butch Salads are provided, and attendees receive a free ticket to SKATE at Somerset House.
