Wildwood
About
Wildwood is an animated adventure film in which teenager Prue McKeel ventures into an enchanted forest beyond Portland, Oregon to rescue her baby brother, who has been abducted by crows. Joined by her classmate Curtis, she encounters talking animals, bandits and powerful figures, and is drawn into a conflict threatening the forest's balance. The film comes from Oscar-nominated and BAFTA-winning LAIKA and is a sweeping story about love, sacrifice and the magic found beyond the familiar.

Critics
8.4Very good
Critics praise the breathtaking, painstaking stop-motion craft and the film's emotional power. They fault a conventional, simpler story and a bloated, overlong runtime.
