A concert by the Erda Ensemble, a trio of mezzo-soprano, flute and harp formed by Marta Fontanals-Simmons, Chloë Vincent and Olivia Jageurs. The programme explores the rich, impressionistic soundworld of French music for voice, flute and harp. Praised for their 'beguiling blend of voice and instruments' (BBC Radio 3), the ensemble champions rarely heard repertoire and music by women composers. It takes place at the church of St John the Baptist on Spencer Hill as part of the Wimbledon International Music Festival.
