AI & The Future of Creative Hiring

This is an interactive workshop on how artificial intelligence is transforming hiring and creative work in entertainment, media, arts, and other creative industries. It is hosted with the Tisch Department of Drama by ArtBound Initiative, a global internship program for creatives, and co-presented by the Tisch Office of Career Development. Participants can learn which skills and roles employers are prioritizing, how AI is used in recruitment and portfolio review, and career paths beyond traditional performance. The session also offers practical insights to strengthen career readiness for students and recent graduates.
