Legal Clinic Workshop

Legal Clinic Workshop is a free, one-day practical legal clinic for artists lasting three hours. Flushing Town Hall and The AreitoTaino Group present it to help artists understand the fundamentals of copyright and entertainment law so they can protect their creative rights, covering copyright, contracts, AI, and entertainment law essentials with real-world examples and guided exercises. Alexis-Isabella Sussman, a New York Law School graduate and staff attorney at Urban Justice Center, leads the session with a focus on defending individual rights and supporting the theater and entertainment industry.
