Bob's Buddhism: Pop-Up Series Celebrating the Brilliance of Robert Thurman's Buddhism | Madhyamaka Bob | with Joe Loizzo and Tom Yarnall

An evening of interactive learning and discussion exploring the thought and meditations of the late professor Robert Thurman, part of a pop-up series celebrating his Buddhism. This session, 'Madhyamaka Bob', is led by Joe Loizzo, a Harvard-trained psychiatrist and founder of the Nalanda Institute, together with Tom Yarnall, a Buddhist studies scholar at Columbia University. The series is co-hosted by Columbia professor David 'Komodo' Kittay and Joe Loizzo, joined by Thurman's family, friends, and colleagues. It is a hybrid event held in person and online, with donations welcome in memory of Robert Thurman.
