Bardo Teachings: An Experiential Journey | with Michael Katz

An evening teaching on the three Bardos of dying, presented as a talk with a PowerPoint, held in person and online at Tibet House NYC. It is led by Michael Katz, a psychologist, artist, and author with a doctorate from New York University and a longtime student of Tibetan Buddhism authorized to teach dream yoga and meditation by Chogyal Namkhai Norbu. The session covers the outer and inner signs that death is near, the dawning of the true nature's luminosity for practitioners, and the possible realms of rebirth. Katz says understanding these teachings brings radical openness and connectedness, leaving one at peace with whatever happens and supporting recognition of the mind's real nature.
