Breaking Free of Patriarchy: A Daylong Retreat for Men | with Gregory Kramer and Joe Loizzo

A daylong in-person retreat for men willing to explore and transform their patriarchal conditioning. It is co-led by two dharma teachers, Gregory Kramer and Joe Loizzo, and co-sponsored by Tibet House US and Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science. Through a Buddhist lens, it examines how patriarchy works within and around us, using practices of Insight Dialogue, self-compassion and silent meditation. The day aims to help participants disrupt patriarchy by liberating their capacity for relational wisdom, social emotional competence and generative humanity.
