About

Bronx Medal Monday is a free wellness and community celebration for the NYC Marathon, held at the historic Andrew Freedman Home in The Bronx. It was created by local runners who wanted a meaningful way to celebrate closer to home, as a love letter to the Uptown running community where everyone at every stage of their fitness journey is welcome. It offers free medal engraving, professional portraits, massage, stretch sessions, guided yoga, and Normatec leg recovery from Hyperice, all first come, first served, alongside DJ sets, partner raffles, and food and drink vendors. The event centers on care, celebration, and connection.
