Care & Connect: Ready Enough

Care & Connect: Ready Enough is a storyJAM evening where four individuals share personal stories about coming to therapy, followed by an open conversation with the audience. It is part of Care & Connect, a series of public programs on mental health awareness presented by the Museum of Chinese in America in partnership with Hamilton-Madison House. The event explores what made the storytellers feel "ready enough" to begin therapy and how it has helped them navigate challenges and care for their mental health. There is no single way to begin therapy, and sometimes simply being willing to start the conversation is a form of care.
