Climate Ready Workshop Series is a workshop series at the Queens Public Library's South Ozone Park location that explores climate change and weather-related occurrences and how they impact Queens' communities. The workshops, which are funded by Con Edison, cover topics including the health implications of climate change, preparing for environmental emergencies, climate-related laws and legislation, and calculating your carbon footprint and adapting your home to be more energy efficient. Climate Ready is for anyone who wants to stay informed, and the audience is adults, seniors, and teens.
