(CLASS) Cemetery Symbols & Secrets

A class on cemetery symbols and secrets from New York's city of the dead, held at Union Hall in Brooklyn. Taught by Allison C. Meier, it shows how to decipher the messages left by departed New Yorkers, focusing on funerary art across the five boroughs. It covers common cemetery symbols and their meanings, and highlights beautiful, strange, and spectacular monuments in the city's underappreciated burial grounds.
