Climate Scaling Summit

The Climate Scaling Summit is a morning summit on how climate startups can win government agencies as customer, regulator, and partner. It is hosted by LACI at BATWorks together with The Trust for Governors Island and takes place at Brooklyn Army Terminal. After a fireside chat and panel, five hands-on workshops cover legislation, permitting and code, pilot KPIs for government agencies, capital projects and public-private development, and education and workforce. It is the last of four Climate Scaling Summits in 2026, aimed at helping startups after the pilot stage commercialize clean energy innovation in New York.
