About
First Friday November 2026: Mutual Aid Supply Drive is a free, all-ages community evening at The Bronx Museum, where the museum stays open late on the first Friday of every month. The museum hosts it with Bronx Mutual Aid, and the November 2026 edition is a winter supply drive inspired by artist Alex Strada's project Public Address, which shares writings and drawings of people living and working in NYC shelters on official city signage in The Bronx. Visitors can donate coats, thermal socks, blankets, hand warmers, and new, unopened travel-sized toiletries, with donations encouraged but not required. There will also be complimentary snacks, beverages, and upbeat music, and the galleries will be open late with current exhibitions on view.
