About

Get Out the Vote in Sunnyside on Election Day is a door-knocking and poll-side voter outreach day in Sunnyside. It is run by Team Aber, the campaign of Aber Kawas, the Democratic nominee for Western Queens in the New York State Senate. Volunteers will knock doors and talk to voters at the polls to help her defeat her Republican opponent in the general election. Volunteers sign up for shifts and are paired with a Get Out the Vote captain who gets them ready to go.
