NYC-DSA Transit WG & RA: General Election GOTV-Brooklyn Edition
NYC DSA Office, 10002, Manhattan
About
A get-out-the-vote canvass held ahead of the general election, where volunteers talk to voters in Brooklyn before they head to the polls. It is organized by NYC-DSA Transit WG together with Riders Alliance. Canvassers will urge voters to vote yes on ballot proposal 3, which would empower the Department of Transportation to speed up construction of bike and bus safety infrastructure in the city. A hangout in the area follows the canvass.
