Monthly Artist Meetup is a monthly gathering for artists of all disciplines from Queens and the greater NYC area. It is a space to connect, talk about current and upcoming projects, and build a network of creative support in Queens, with Flushing Town Hall team members present to share available resources. Guests from the NYC Civic Engagement Commission will join to discuss the city budget, including The People's Money, the citywide participatory budgeting process collecting ideas on how to spend part of it. Drinks and light refreshments will be served.
