About
Offerings is a monthly performance series held at the Church of St Mary the Virgin, a large 19th-century church half a block from the center of Times Square in New York City. It is organized by a curatorial collective made up of Alessandra Gómez, Leonor Mendes, Ro Miller, and a fourth member the text does not name. The series is dedicated to presenting experimental artists working across a variety of performance disciplines, and each evening features three distinct acts on a shared bill. Offerings makes a lot with a little, meeting scarcity with scrappy abundance and approaching curation as something like the opposite of censorship.
