Rally Reading Series: Kevin Nguyen, E.Y. Zhao, and Aurora Huiza
Pete's Candy Store, 709 Lorimer St, Brooklyn
About
A reading evening of the Rally Reading Series with writers Kevin Nguyen, E.Y. Zhao, and Aurora Huiza. The series is themed "Overtly Political Literature" and gives a platform to underrepresented voices. After live readings, writers talk with the audience, who can ask questions and share thoughts. Readers also collectively suggest an actionable call, such as an organization to donate to or ways to confront injustice.
