Ricardo Brey

An art exhibition, 'Tendrils: Ricardo Brey and Elly Strik at Stichting IK', held at Stichting IK in Middelburg, Netherlands, with an opening on September 4, 2026, from 4 to 6.30 pm and on view until November 15, 2026. Visual artists Ricardo Brey and Elly Strik, invited by IK Foundation, contribute to its research into the meaning of the term 'key work' and its role for makers, viewers and access to art. Building on a 2023 pairing of their works at S.M.A.K. in Ghent, the two artists selected a new visual encounter for Stichting IK's space, intensifying their poetic and metaphysical reflections, each from their own coherence. The exhibition is later visitable by appointment only until November 29, 2026.
