Sake Server Certification

Sake Server Certification is a one-day, in-person training seminar on the professional service and sales of sake, open to anyone with no prerequisite. The Sake Studies Center stands behind the course, which consists of four modules: an introduction to sake and a brewery tour, sake sales techniques, sake service and presentation, and sake menus and pairing. After the training, participants can complete an online review and exam within two weeks and, upon passing, receive the Sake Studies Center "Sake Server Certification" diploma. Graduates also gain ongoing access to a free online sake community for the industry.
