Stolen Children

An in-person screening of the new film Stolen Children, followed by a question-and-answer session with its makers. The film, directed by Explorers Club Fellow Martyna Wojciechowska and Jowita Baraniecka, follows a journalistic investigation into the disappearances of numerous children in Georgian hospitals throughout the 1990s. Wojciechowska, an award-winning journalist, documentary filmmaker and explorer, will be present. The visit and presentation are organized and sponsored by Piotr Chmielinski, the first man to paddle the entire length of the Amazon River, with a beer and wine reception before the film.
