The Goldsmith

THE GOLDSMITH is a staged reading presented by Vineyard Theatre and Daryl Roth, taking place at the DR2 Theatre at 103 E 15th St. It is written and performed by Sharone Sayegh, known for The Band's Visit and Come From Away, directed by Zachary Prince, with sound composition and music arrangements by Avi Amon. Stemming from Sayegh's family's true journey, it weaves a story through golden jewelry passed down across borders, cultures, and generations, from Iraq to Israel and ultimately to America. Each treasured piece reveals another chapter as she wrestles with identity, belonging, and the complexities of love and acceptance.
