Sake Loft: 30+ sake to taste, VIP pairing by Makoto Suzuki.

The Sake Loft is a one-day sake tasting and pairing event at The Dumbo Loft in DUMBO, with more than thirty sake on the tables, including three brewed in New York: Dassai Blue, Brooklyn Kura and Kato Sake Works, alongside Hakkaisan, Kikusui, Kenbishi and Yatsushika. Izakaya Juraku is a community partner, contributing ten $40 dining vouchers to the giveaway; general admission offers twelve one-ounce pours and a self-serve snack station, while VIP adds an eight-course pairing menu by Chef Makoto Suzuki of Samurai Mama and Samurai Papa, eight paired premium sake, a welcome drink, a goodie bag and early entry with eight extra pours.
