A drop-in workshop for children aged 4 and under at which they decorate a tote bag with stamps and ink pads, identifying shapes and symbols as they work. They finish their design by tying sparkly ribbon in Halloween shades. The finished bag will come in handy for collecting candy on Halloween. The program is offered by the Children's Museum of Manhattan.
