About

Women of Emanu-El invite volunteers to create dimensional Chanukah cards for people who are blind, have low vision, or are print-disabled. The cards go to the Jewish Braille Institute Library (JBI), which distributes them with its holiday materials. The aim is to bring the warmth and joy of Chanukah to JBI patrons, many of whom are socially isolated and treasure tokens of thoughtfulness during the holidays. The event takes place at Temple Emanu-El on East 65th Street in New York City.
