About
"8 femmes" is a French-Italian feature film by François Ozon. Eight women, all related to, in love with or working for a murdered man, search for the culprit among themselves. In doing so they have to drop their facades, admit their lies and reveal secrets. From Danielle Darrieux via Isabelle Huppert to Ludivine Sagnier, several generations of French star cinema appear.

Critics
7.0Good
Critics praise the sparkling ensemble, lavish colours and witty, film-literate style. They fault the plot's overly neat artificiality and a stagy, disjointed feel that can seem weightless.
