Additionality of Payments to Change versus Maintain Land Use: Evidence from the Conservation Reserve Program

A lunch seminar in energy, environmental, resource and development economics at ETH Zurich. It is hosted by the Centre for Energy Policy and Economics together with CER-ETH. It asks whether payments under the US Conservation Reserve Program are additional, meaning whether they change land use rather than only maintain it.
