Adieu Françoise

“Adieu Françoise” is a solo programme with voice and piano dedicated to the recently deceased Françoise Hardy. The evening is the work of Jennifer Ribeiro Rudin, who presents texts and a choice selection of Hardy's best-known chansons such as “Comment te dire adieu” and “Tous les garçons et les filles”. International hits like “Frag’ den Abendwind” and “Catch A Falling Star” are also part of the programme. The nostalgic evening portrays an artist who, over more than five and a half decades, evolved from a Yéyé icon into a grande dame of French pop music and, as the only representative of her country, made Rolling Stone's list of the 200 greatest singers of all time.
