Drone & Ambient Festival with Abul Mogard and NYX in Zurich.

An immersive sound space for drone, ambient and neoclassicism inside the historic, heritage-protected crematorium Sihlfeld in Zurich. Behind the event stands the Zurich/Berlin-based cultural platform Aurora Edition, realising its Drone & Ambient Festival in Switzerland for the first time. At its heart is the original pipe organ from 1914, reactivated for contemporary music for the first time in decades, so that sound, architecture and transience merge into a unique experience. International and Swiss artists such as Abul Mogard, NYX, Elisabeth Hubmann, Yanling, Amedeo Cappelletti and Axel Kolb transform the sacred venue into a cultural resonance chamber, accompanied by mystical lighting design by Tym Novy.
