Nordic Giants & Sunset Images: live-scored short films.

A concert evening with two bands at Werk21 in Zurich. The British duo Nordic Giants scores award-winning short films live on stage, creating monumental soundscapes with bowed guitar, piano, trumpet and thundering drums; their current album "Under Celestial Alignments" explores cosmic themes. The Mexican band Sunset Images, driven by Samuel Osorio, blends krautrock, shoegaze and punk and confronts the depths of society in its lyrics. The evening is presented by the bergmal Kollektiv.
